Meet Your Instructors

Kira Boyer

Hi! My name is Kira, and I cannot wait to meet you and guide you in class! I believe that movement is powerful, and my intention is to help you walk away from each class feeling inspired, stronger, and most importantly more confident. Moving your body should be fun & bring you joy, so I hope to create movement that is fun, yet intentional & challenging to help you become your strongest self both physically & mentally! When I’m not teaching Lagree, you can find me impulse buying random things on Amazon (that I absolutely do not need) or hanging out with family & friends. I can’t wait to meet you in class soon!

Marissa Vesce

With a background in surgical assisting and medical device sales, I have a deep understanding to health & wellness which I hope to bring to every class! I’m all about starting the day strong with a good coffee & an even better workout. I’m a dog lover, devoted runner & I love engaging with people on the daily. My goal in Lagree is to blend controlled intensity with a motivating vibe to help my clients build strength, improve endurance & push past their limits- both physically & mentally.

Catherine Bartell

Lead Instructor

Six years ago, Catherine began a journey of transformation rooted in health, wellness, and self-discovery. Born and raised in Chicago, she moved to New Jersey 13 years ago with her family—mom to three boys and one very handsome Golden Retriever. Catherine is a certified personal trainer with additional certifications in Barre, Cycle, Mini-Trampoline, and Lagree. Her classes are empowering, upbeat, and designed to challenge you in all the right ways. After taking a class with her, you’ll walk away feeling stronger, more balanced, and proud of what your body can do. She brings energy, motivation, and a whole lot of burn to every session—and she’s here to support your journey every step of the way. “The words you speak to yourself are the house you live in—so make it amazing”

Melinda Perrotta

Hey, I’m Melinda—a proud Northern Jersey native with a certification in personal training and a true passion for fitness. My love affair with Lagree started the moment I felt the shakes during my first class (if you know, you know!). From then on, I’ve been hooked—and I aim to bring that same intensity and energy to every class. I’ll push you to surpass your limits and show you just how strong you really are. When I’m not teaching, you can catch me hiking with my dog Brinx, experimenting with new healthy recipes, or hunting down the best local coffee spots. Can’t wait to meet you on the Megaformer and get to work!

Hello! I’m Andrea. I’m an experienced personal trainer and fitness enthusiast. I have a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. After taking time to focus on my family as a stay-at-home mom, I decided to return to the fitness world, which has always been my true passion. During my time as a personal trainer, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients, guiding them through transformative fitness journeys. Extending my passion into Lagree fitness helps me continue to provide that same passion while exploring the body differently. Lagree is a dynamic method that combines strength and endurance for a full-body workout. I believe in creating an inclusive and motivating atmosphere where everyone feels empowered to challenge themselves and discover their inner strength.
