We’re proud to host an official Lagree Level 1 Certification at Ritual!

Led by Lagree Master Trainer Tom Noone, this in-studio training is the foundational certification for anyone interested in teaching the Lagree Method, or ready to take their practice deeper.

Over two weekends, you’ll learn proper Megaformer setup and safety, class structure, programming, transitions, sequencing, cueing, tempo, resistance, and instructor presence.

Upon completion, participants receive:
• Official Lagree Level 1 Certificate
• Lifetime access to the Lagree Academy Portal
• Discounted 3-month membership access at Ritual

Certification does not guarantee employment at Ritual or any other studio.
